- Please clear all doubts before placing orders.

- Strictly no cancellation of orders.

- All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

- In the event of stock-out, The Lady's Armoire will provide a full-refund.

- We are not liable for any mistakes made by the seller. We will ask the seller to verify the items carefully before they send the items out. Nevertheless, we will triple-check the order form after consolidation.

- We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items from Taiwan to Singapore.

- The Lady's Armoire has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

- The Lady's Armoire has done our utmost to ensure that the measurements for products displayed on the website are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in cm, however, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly.

- We reserve the right to cancel any pre-orders that are of bad response.

- Look out for pre-orders status updates posted at this blog.

Pre-ordered goods
- There will be 2 payments.
1st payment: Items and shipping and handling fees.
2nd payment: Local postage fees. Will be advised again.

- Goods may take up to 2 to 8 weeks , upon the closing date of each collection, to arrive. Hence, your patience will be deeply appreciated.

Meet-ups
- To save you from the additional postage fees that may be incurred, The Lady's Armoire organises meet-ups at places and time slots of our convenience.

- We appreciate:
* Punctuality &
* No last minute cancellations

* We put in our utmost efforts in arranging time slots that are convenient for both we and our customers. However, customers will have to opt for normal/registered postage if they are unable to make it for our meet-up sessions.

Shipping Policy
- The Lady's Armoire will ensure that goods are safely packed and sent out. However, please take note that we will not be held liable for any loss mails for normal mail postage.

- Parcels will be sent out on every Saturday.

- Please make payments before every Friday 11.30pm, so that goods can be mailed on the next day.
